The Chatham Karate Academy has provided instruction to children in after- school programs for the last 10 years. The program is designed to provide students of different ages the opportunity to participate in a safe, educational, and fun activity. The curriculum consists of a number of activities intended to familiarize the students with an introduction to the Martial Arts in general and Karate specifically. The goals are to strengthen self-discipline, self-respect, self-confidence, and self-defense.
